From 17 October to 8 November, the Préhistomuseum invites you to experience Prehistory in a different way… in the dark!

During the autumn holidays, discover Prehistory through a programme specially designed for families and curious visitors. Explore, experiment and awaken your senses through the various activities on offer at the museum.

Take the opportunity to discover or rediscover the temporary exhibition “Sapiens Got Talent – 10 Prehistoric Inventions in the Dark”, before it closes for good.

During the autumn holidays, enjoy activities around the theme “In the Dark”:

• Tours of the “Sapiens Got Talent” exhibition: two guided tours per day (morning and afternoon).
• Make a spark in the darkness: discover prehistoric techniques for making fire.
• Make a grease lamp by candlelight: shape your own clay lamp and discover how people lit their homes in prehistoric times.
• Hands-on exhibitions and prehistoric equipment to try out: explore the permanent exhibitions and handle prehistoric equipment yourself.
